The iS Clinical Eclipse SPF 50 is a powerful broad-spectrum sunscreen which means that it protects against both UVA and UVB rays. UVB and UVA rays can cause sunburn and contribute to skin cancer formation. UVA rays also contribute to skin cancer formation. These penetrate more deeply into the skin and play a greater role to protect against the visual effects of photodamage.

The SPF 50 is a lightweight, non-greasy sunscreen and gives a matte finish. The sunscreen does not leave a heavy or oily residue on the skin. It can be worn under makeup.
