These books really are the perfect little gift for any artist, writer, or creative. The beauty of them is inspiring in itself and i have completed many of my favourite travel sketch pads over the years in our stunning leather notebooks.

Made with recycled paper : wastage from the cotton industry in Rajasthan, Northern India. The paper is heavy and rough to touch, with visible cotton fibres and particles on many of the pages.

The book is bound with string to a hand embossed camel leather cover. This is heavy duty, flexible, naturally water resistant and had a beautiful rustic retro look and has a pale yellow gemstone set into the cover.

The book is finished with cotton string wrap closure, giving it a timeless and magical feel.

The paper is hand bound with thick cotton string, and is refillable so the notebook cover can be used again and again, although in my experience i have always chosen to keep my fully used books forever on my shelf. They are so beautiful, and as i use them as sketch pads, it makes the drawings inside feel that much more precious.
